Life can bring difficult decisions, family concerns, relationship challenges, career questions, leadership pressures, personal frustrations, and moments when you simply need to talk things through with someone outside of the situation.

Talk With Dr. Jeff provides a private, respectful, non-judgmental space for adults who want to talk about what is happening in their lives and consider different ways of approaching it.

This is not therapy or professional counseling. It is a non-clinical conversation service designed to help you talk through an issue, consider different perspectives, identify possible options, and determine what your next step might be.

 

HOW IT WORKS

During your scheduled call, you can:

• Share what is happening in your life.

• Talk openly without feeling judged.

• Work through a difficult decision or situation.

• Consider the issue from different perspectives.

• Discuss practical options and possible next steps.

• Leave the conversation with ideas to consider moving forward.

The goal is not to tell you what to do.

The goal is to help you slow down, think through the situation, consider reasonable options, and make your own informed decisions.

SCHEDULE A CONVERSATION

Choose the amount of time that works for you:

15-Minute Conversation
A focused conversation about one specific question, concern, or decision.

30-Minute Conversation
More time to explain your situation, explore different perspectives, and discuss possible options.

60-Minute Conversation
An extended conversation for situations that require more time, reflection, and discussion of possible next steps.

Talk With Dr. Jeff is a paid, appointment-based service.
